No. We work with title companies that prepare all the paper work and send you a check via mail or wire transfer if that is what you prefer.

I have bad tenants, will you still buy my house? +

Yes. We can handle bad tenants and the eviction process if needed.

Can I save my credit if you I sell my house before a bank foreclosure? +

Yes. Your credit can probably be saved if we buy your house before the foreclosure.

Are you realtors who just want to list my house? +

Listing your property may be the best solution for you, but it is not what our plan is.
